If you have not touched film cameras chances are you have not heard of it. The Nikon SB-80DX Speedlight at the highlight of its era used to be seen on most professionals camera where flash photography is concern. Since the introduction of the newer DSLR models and speedlights like the SB-600, SB-800 and now SB-900, SB-80DX sort of took the back stage.
